Delivery and Returns

We really hope you love your jewellery from Phoebe Walsh. Each design is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right!


Returns
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn jewellery within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with your proof of purchase.


Please note that we’re unable to accept returns on:
● Bespoke or made-to-order pieces
● Sale items or gift cards


If you’d like to arrange a return, please email us first at hello@phoebewalshjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior notice can’t be accepted.

Include a short note with your name, email, order number, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.


Return Postage
We kindly ask customers to cover return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund original shipping or packaging fees.
If you’re returning your item from outside the UK, please allow a little extra time for it to reach us.


Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging each order, but if your piece arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us straight away at hello@phoebewalshjewellery.com so we can sort it out quickly for you.


Exchanges
If you’d like to swap your piece for something else, the quickest way is to return your original item (once confirmed by us) and place a new order for your chosen piece.


Refunds
Once your return arrives safely back at the studio and has been checked, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days, though please allow a little extra time for your bank or card
provider to process it.


If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us and we’ll look into it.

EU Customers
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have a 3-day cooling-off period where you can return your item for any reason. The same conditions apply; items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
